Avance advises Adelis Equity Partners in the divestment of Valtti to Advania. Valtti covers the overall IT needs of companies, providing cloud services, modern workplace solutions, end-user services and cyber security capabilities.
The transaction is expected to be completed during the first half of 2022, subject to closing conditions.
