ACCRALAW Partner as Resource Speaker in Mactan Economic Processing Zone – Human Resource Association

ACCRALAW Partner Felice Suzanne D. Soria-Prima delivered a lecture at the Learning Session entiled “Business and Regulatory Permits Renewal and Compliance” for the Mactan Economic Processing Zone – Human Resource Association Inc. (“MEPZ-HRA”) on 21 April 2026. The Learning Session is an activity organized by MEPZ HRA for its companies’ human resource and operations employees. 

Atty. Soria-Prima discussed the corporate compliance requirements of the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”), Department of Labor and Employment (“DOLE”), and Philippine Economic Zone Authority (“PEZA”). She also discussed the Revised Beneficial Ownership Disclosure Rules, SEC’s lauching of the Hierarchical and Applicable Relations and Beneficial Ownership Registry (“HARBOR”) and the New Rules and Regulations on the Employment of Foreign Nationals in the Philippines, among others.

An engaging open forum followed the lecture.
