Advises on a broad range of local and cross-border M&A transactions including tender offers, buyouts, mergers, reverse takeovers, joint ventures and amalgamations, privatisations, and trade and business sales and purchases.

Corporate Real Estate:

Advises corporates on all aspects of real estate transactions involving industrial, commercial, and residential property.

Advises on a broad range of employment matters including employment contracts, employment handbooks, employee share option schemes, wrongful termination, organisational restructuring issues, misuse of confidential information, restrictive covenants and fiduciary duties.
