Wendy Gallegos is a partner in our Chicago office and Co-Leader of the firm’s Global Private Funds and Investment Management Practice. Wendy represents fund sponsors in structuring, negotiating and forming private equity funds with a wide range of real estate and real estate-related investment strategies, including core, core-plus, value-added and opportunity, infrastructure, mezzanine debt, and residential and commercial mortgages. Wendy also represents investment managers in structuring and negotiating club deals and separate accounts and in investing capital on behalf of private equity funds and other investment vehicles, including through joint ventures, preferred equity and other investment structures.
