Sue Ann Gan is a shipping lawyer based in Singapore. She has had a focus on maritime law since 2005 and advises financial institutions and owners on a wide range of shipping work across all asset classes, including both financing and restructuring matters.

Sue Ann's shipping litigation background has equipped her to deal with complex issues that arise in risk management and restructuring matters (including workouts and rehabilitation process).
