Sashe Dimitroff is the national practice leader of BakerHostetler’s International Commercial Arbitration team. A Chambers-ranked lawyer, he represents clients in commercial matters with an emphasis on energy disputes, breach of contract and commercial fraud, oil and gas litigation, financial matters and internal investigations.
Sashe has successfully represented U.S. and international companies in courts and arbitral tribunals around the world, including the International Centre for the Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID) in Paris, the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), the International Centre for Dispute Resolution (ICDR) in Miami, the International Institute for Conflict Prevention and Resolution (CPR) and the International Trade Commission (ITC) in Washington, D.C. Sashe has won multimillion-dollar awards prosecuting his clients’ claims and has successfully defended Fortune 100 companies in multiplaintiff lawsuits alleging up to $300 million in damages. Sashe is currently listed as a neutral for both the ICDR and the international division of the American Arbitration Association, as well as its complex commercial arbitration panels.
