Sam Williams is a Group Partner at Collas Crill Jersey. He is a seasoned litigator who has worked in Jersey since 2012 and was called to the Jersey Bar in November 2015.
His practice includes complex and cross-border commercial litigation and court applications, with particular emphasis on contentious trusts and corporate disputes and urgent injunctive relief.
His advocacy experience includes appearing at trial for one of the trustees in the long-running Crociani v Crociani litigation.
Sam joined Collas Crill in August 2016, prior to which he worked at another offshore law firm in Jersey and at a well-known international firm in London where he trained and qualified as an English solicitor (currently non-practising).
Sam is a contributor to the STEP Contentious Trusts Forum.
