Ryan is a partner in Taft’s Intellectual Property group. He represents clients in all aspects of intellectual property law and focuses his practice on patent matters and technology transactions. Ryan has significant experience managing global patent portfolios for clients and frequently negotiates and structures strategic intellectual property transactions and drafts contracts.
