Practice Areas
Roger Cooper's practice focuses on complex civil litigation, with an emphasis on shareholder, class action and derivative disputes relating to securities, M&A, antitrust, derivatives and corporate governance issues. He frequently represents foreign corporations in securities class action litigation in U.S. federal and state courts, including in some of the largest of such matters in recent years.
Roger leads Cleary’s securities and M&A litigation practice. He has successfully litigated more than fifty shareholder, class action and derivative actions arising out of securities, M&A, corporate governance, and other commercial disputes.
