Robert has extensive experience in all phases of large-scale data center, solar and other industrial development projects, including sophisticated title insurance issues related to these large developments. He advises both public and private company clients on acquisitions, dispositions and financing-related matters. He has handled all aspects of complex mixed-use and other commercial development projects and has experience in both new markets and historic tax credit transactions.
