Rhys Thomas has assisted clients in resolving complex, international disputes for over 20 years through litigation, arbitration, and mediation.

Rhys frequently represents clients in substantial shareholder, investor, and joint venture disputes and breach of warranty claims‎. He has a particular focus on the technology sector, having served secondments at two of the world’s largest technology services companies. His practice includes advising on disputes arising from large-scale, complex technology services and partnership agreements; software development and licensing disputes; and cyber security incident response and data breach litigation.
