Ms. Loseman also has substantial experience in corporate governance matters, including litigation related to mergers and acquisitions and control disputes. Ms. Loseman’s trial experience includes trials before SEC administrative law judges, trials in Delaware Chancery, and bench, jury trials, and private arbitrations around the country.
