Meredith Weinberg is an experienced trial attorney who represents corporate and municipal clients involved in multiparty cleanup litigation under CERCLA and Washington’s MTCA, Clean Water Act Section 404 permitting and stormwater matters, Safe Drinking Water Act enforcement cases, and state and federal tribal disputes. She also counsels clients on environmental regulations and compliance, including due diligence in support of real estate transactions. Meredith also speaks and writes regularly on Clean Water Act issues, focusing especially on Section 404 permitting.
