Melissa Norman Bork represents clients in all types of business litigation, including contract and commercial disputes, products liability and mass tort, and employment litigation. In addition to her business litigation practice, Melissa is an experienced appellate litigator, handling a wide variety of appeals in state and federal courts on matters including business, contract, employment, products liability, tax, ERISA, commercial and constitutional matters. She routinely handles appeals before the Kentucky Court of Appeals, Kentucky Supreme Court, and Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals, and is admitted to practice before the United State Supreme Court.

Melissa also acts as outside general counsel for a number of clients providing advice on an array of business, employment, and other legal questions. Melissa helps her clients develop processes, policies and procedures, and draft contracts and agreements to reduce the risk of liability. She conducts training sessions for businesses and their employees to assist with risk management and mitigation.

Melissa’s clients include a variety of manufacturing and other businesses, as well as colleges and universities and other state agencies, who she advises on employment, civil rights, First and Fourteenth Amendments and administrative matters.
