Special Counsel since 1998. Provides environmental advice on a broad range of commercial transactions. Supports the Firm’s M&A, Project Finance, Real Estate, Securities and Finance Groups in evaluating environmental liabilities and risks, in structuring transactions to minimize risk and in negotiating the allocation of environmental responsibilities between parties in transactions. Over the last three decades, has provided environmental advice to a great number of lenders, corporations and governments in a variety of commercial matters.
