Founder and CEO of AFIENS

Over the last 20 years of her professional career, Lorena has helped set up more than 600 companies in Spain and is currently Secretary to the Board of Directors of more than 100 multinational companies.

After leading during 10 years the Legal Business Unit of one the most important BPO firms in Spain, Lorena decided to found AFIENS with the main aim of providing to the market, efficient legal solutions combining technology and the best legal expertise.

The Practice Areas in which she is involved are all those related to the legal day-to-day needs, providing Legal Process Outsourcing specialised on Corporate Secretarial Services and Corporate Governance.

REgarding her education, she counts with a Program for Management Development (PMD) at IESE Business School, 2013. Also, she has completed a postgraduate degree in Management Development at Harvard University (2012), as well as specialist courses at the IE Business School (2012), at the EU School of Law in Beijing, China (2010) and at the Madrid Bar Association. Master’s degrees in Corporate Legal Consulting from ESIC (2003) and in Data Protection Auditing (2009).

She graduated in Law from San Pablo CEU University (1999) and in Business Administration from London South Bank University (2000). Certified as a Legal Project Practitioner by the International Institute of Legal Project Management (2020).
