Lino routinely handles major disputes for regulated utilities, electric generators, and energy companies. He represents clients in all aspects of administrative law in court and before the Public Utility Commission of Texas and similar agencies in other states. Lino routinely advises clients on regulatory issues relating to mergers and acquisitions, asset purchases, project development, plant expansions, and transmission line approval and routing. Lino also counsels clients on state and federal contracting and procurement law.
