She defends employers against single-plaintiff, class-action, and collective-action matters in federal and California and Texas state courts. She is well-versed in protecting her clients’ interests before the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and state workforce agencies. Additionally, she counsels clients regarding cannabis use and the workplace.
Active in her community, Lauren was selected for the Dallas Bar Association’s WE LEAD: Women Empowered to Lead in the Legal Profession 2021 class. She is a member of the Meals on Wheels of Tarrant County board of directors, and she regularly advises nonprofits on various employment issues on a pro bono basis.
