Helps clients during their most significant events—criminal allegations, government investigations, employee fatalities, chemical leaks, and facility explosions. Listens first and then advises clients based upon his experience both as a prosecutor and as the first lawyer to enter a facility after a catastrophic event.

Helps clients define success after the triggering event, and then works tirelessly toward that goal. Strong understanding of how to protect the attorney-client privilege the work-product doctrine. Advises clients on process safety best practices including the US EPA’s Risk Management Plan (RMP) program and OSHA’s process safety management (PSM) standard.
