Joshua P. Hollingsworth is chair of the firm’s Private Equity team, co-chair of the Entrepreneurial and Emerging Companies team and administrator of the Corporate Department in the Indianapolis office. Josh primarily advises on mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance matters. He is an engaged business partner with his clients – resolving problems in a practical manner with a view toward maximizing the long-term value proposition for his clients.
