Jesse focuses her practice on a variety of electric transmission matters, including open access transmission tariffs (OATT), cost-of-service stated and formula transmission rates, generation and transmission interconnection matters and regional transmission organization (RTO) issues. She also guides clients through general FERC-related compliance, filings and litigation.
Capitalizing on her unique experience working in FERC’s Office of Enforcement, Jesse offers clients unique insights into compliance and enforcement matters.
