Jacob regularly advises on procurement, development, finance and M&A matters in respect of electricity generation, transmission and distribution assets in Canada.
Career
Acted on some of the largest electricity projects and portfolios in Canada, acted for the Ontario Power Authority and IESO on major procurements, including leading the legal work on the initial version of the renewable energy Feed-in Tariff Program, the IESO’s utility-scale energy storage RFP and NUGs recontracting.
