Due to outstanding contributions in the fields of real estate, construction engineering, land, PPP and mineral resources law, Mr. Yuan was elected as the Director of the Construction Engineering and Real Estate Professional Committee of All China Lawyers Association and the Director of the ninth Land Law Professional Committee of Beijing Lawyers Association. Mr. Yuan was one of the first two bid evaluation experts appointed by the Beijing Municipal Construction Commission in 2004 after strict selection among more than 15,000 lawyers. He is not only proficient in the laws and regulations of the construction industry, but also has a deep background of professional knowledge in construction, and has a great advantage in dealing with the problems of construction engineering.
