In addition to trying cases, Edouard advises clients on brand strategies worldwide and covers the full spectrum from the creation, protection, and enhancement to the enforcement of IP rights.
In the transactional area, Edouard is an experienced intellectual property lawyer. He has been involved in the IP aspects of numerous IPOs and several complex French and international M&A transactions over the past decade. He routinely carries out multijurisdictional projects and works closely with clients to successfully design, structure, and implement technology and commercial transactions to achieve high-stakes business objectives.
