Duygu Turgut is the only female partner in the award-winning,

top-tier ranked M&A practice of the Istanbul office, and she is also a key member of our EMI practice.

Duygu has been a core member of the M&A team since 2006.

She is the first full-time working female partner of the firm since 2013,

advising clients on their high-profile M&A transactions in the Turkish market for over 15 years.

She has strong expertise in all aspects of M&A transactions, including financial and strategic considerations, advising both buy-side and sell-side clients. Her expertise spans several sectors, from healthcare to energy, infrastructure to retail.
