Drew Gardiner is a partner in Latham’s San Diego office and advises clients on strategies for maximizing insurance coverage and represents policyholders in complex insurance coverage disputes. Mr. Gardiner has significant experience advising many of the firm’s largest and most significant clients on the strategic management of their insurance portfolios, with a particular focus on Directors and Officers (D&O) liability coverage. Mr. Gardiner has represented more than 500 clients, advising on D&O coverage issues in connection with securities litigation, white collar investigations, and insolvencies and restructurings, among others.
