Partner in the Project Development & Finance practice . Practice consists of representing multinational corporations, financial institutions and multilaterals and export credit agencies in their secured and unsecured private financing activities, particularly acquisition financings, corporate restructurings, project finance transactions, including in the energy and power sectors, in Latin America, and other domestic and international private financings.

Clients include Bank of America, Banco de Chile, BBVA, Citigroup, CA-CIB, IFC and SMBC, as well as AES Gener, American Axle, E.CL, Transelec, Viacom, and the lenders to Latin America oil and gas giants Pemex and Petrobras.

Chair and founder of the firm's Diversity & Inclusion Committee.
