A go-to litigator, whether as plaintiff or defendant, Dan’s expertise includes representing clients in nearly every facet and variation of commercial litigation, including class actions, business disputes, products liability, contract, real estate, fraud, tax controversy, franchise, misappropriation of trade secrets, breach of fiduciary duty, professional liability, insurance coverage, construction, transactional disputes, and estate/trust litigation.

A courtroom veteran with extensive experience representing Fortune 500 companies at trial, arbitration, and every other facet of commercial litigation around the country, including extensive appellate experience, Dan has represented clients in federal and state appellate courts throughout the country, including the US Supreme Court.
