Christopher's work covers the full spectrum of commercial practice, with an emphasis on insolvency advice and representation (both local and cross-border), mortgagee remedies, fraud, admiralty and shareholder disputes. He regularly appears at Supreme Court and Court of Appeal level and is accustomed to working alongside UK and US based legal, insolvency and accounting teams in cross-border matters.
