Britton represents both private and public sector clients, providing guidance on growth and revitalization efforts with a specific expertise in creating special tax districts, entertainment districts, and tax improvement districts. Britton not only provides the technical legal work to create the districts, but also the drafting and passing of initial legislation required for these types of districts and incentives.

Britton has successfully managed projects worth billions of dollars in capital investment across the southeastern United States. He handles all aspects of economic development, federal government relations, and state government relations for a variety of clients.
