Bo Kyung Lim

Practice Areas

Bo Kyung Lim is a partner at Shin & Kim and focuses his practice on litigation and counseling in the areas of intellectual property and trade secrets, product liability, and information technology.

After passing the Patent Bar Examination and subsequently the Bar Examination, Mr. Lim has been primarily involved in civil and criminal IP litigation, including patent, trademark, copyright, IT, and trade secret litigation, and overseas arbitration and licensing. He has conducted significant product liability litigation and counseling in Korea and abroad.

In addition, based on his extensive understanding of and experience with foreign IP systems, Mr. Lim advises Korean companies on overseas IP litigation. He is recognized for his expertise in the European Unitary Patent and Unified Patent Court systems in particular and has conducted seminars in collaboration with prominent European law firms and provided customized presentations to Korean companies upon request.
