Aron Zuckerman

Practice Areas

Aron’s practice focuses on domestic and international commercial real estate finance, routinely advising banks, investment funds and insurance companies on a broad range of real estate financing transactions, including mortgage and mezzanine loans, preferred equity structures, A/B notes, participation interests and note-on-note and repo financing facilities.

His practice includes representing both lenders and borrowers on CMBS, balance sheet, bridge and construction loans, including the negotiation of complex co-lender, intercreditor and participation arrangements and on workouts, restructurings, deed-in-lieu transactions and foreclosures. He also has significant experience representing investors in acquiring, developing, operating, and selling commercial real estate, including the negotiation of joint venture agreements, purchase agreements, master development arrangements, and leases.

Aron joined the firm in 2011 and became a partner in 2020. J.D., Harvard Law School (2011); B.A., magna cum laude, Yeshiva University (2004).
