Analisa Dillingham's practice focuses on all aspects of insurance regulatory matters, including formations, licensings, investments, reporting, reinsurance, captive insurers and governance issues. She also has experience in mergers and acquisitions, joint venture and capital markets transactions in both the property and casualty and life and health insurance industries.

Analisa has advised financial institutions and insurers in a wide variety of insurance related regulatory and transactional matters. She was listed as an Influential Woman in Re/Insurance (Intelligent Insurer, 2017).
