His AI-focused counseling spans development and deployment strategy, governance, commercialization, hardware and infrastructure, joint ventures, regulatory compliance, and cross-border investments. Notably, Amir has represented AI model developers as defendants in landmark litigations involving first-of-their-kind copyright claims against AI systems, including three of the first four cases filed, and continues to counsel clients on some of the most consequential AI disputes underway.
