Alexander is an M&A partner based in our Amsterdam office. He specialises in cross-border public and private M&A, including financial sponsor transactions. He advises Dutch and international clients on their transactions, both in the Netherlands and globally. Alexander brings a wealth of experience and understanding of doing deals involving Asian investors, having been based in Asia for over three years and continuing to advise many Asian clients from Amsterdam.
