LPS LAWYERS was founded in 2015 by Léon Patrice Sarr who formerly worked at a well-known firm. Today the firm includes 10 lawyers who are involved in all aspects of business law and provide both litigation and advisory support.

The team is particularly recognised for its strengths in employment law, debt recovery, as well as financing and new technology projects.

In addition to the IT sector, LPS LAWYERS is also very active in the media, telecommunications, energy, banking and insurance sectors.

The Firm regularly advises on cross-border matters within Africa, as well as work involving parties located outside Africa, primarily in Europe, Asia and the United States. LPS LAWYERS maintains strong relationships with leading referral firms in countries of/in the UEMOA and OHADA zones, as well as international firms abroad, and is the Senegalese member firm for the international network, GBL Alliance.

Its lawyers and staff work in both French and English, and the firm has earned a reputation for being innovative due to its efficient methods and computerised processes. It is also one of the only firms in Dakar to have a client extranet enabling clients to easily access documents and remain in close contact with the firm’s lawyers at all times.
