Kwaliance is a newly created business law firm in January 2023 in Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire with a presence in Paris. More than an ambition, Kwaliance is the testimony of an upcoming generation of African professionals willing to demonstrate, their legal know-how with strength and talent to enabling transactions’ success in their jurisdictions. At the heart of this new business law firm's expertise: advising public and private clients, financial and banking institutions in the implementation of their projects in Cote d'Ivoire and in the OHADA region.

Coming from the firm Asafo & Co RCI of which he was a partner since 2020, Didier Boua Doux has expanded the range of legal services for economic actors active in Cote d’Ivoire and in OHADA zone with the launch of the firm Kwaliance, specialized in business law. The creation of the firm by this law professional who first worked for Anglo-Saxon firms in Paris (including Simmons & Simmons LLP, Shearman & Sterling LLP, Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP, Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP) and then in Cote d'Ivoire at Orrick RCI comes in a context of economic dynamism of the country which offers real prospects for growth and development of their activities. Kwaliance’s ambition is to be a proactive and trusted partner advising its clients and partners on their projects and sectoral challenges.

Kwaliance’s teams provide transactional legal assistance to a wide range of clients including in corporate law, M&A, private equity, banking, and finance, fintech, capital markets, project development and financing (in energy, infrastructure, PPP, natural resources - oil, mining, gas and agriculture), OHADA law, investment and market entry in the region.
