Founded as an independent law firm in 1994, KLEYR GRASSO built a strong reputation in litigation and advisory services to local clients. As of 2000, the firm turned towards international clients and cross-border transactions. Today, the firm’s lawyers advise local and multinational companies across industries, leading institutional investors, private equity houses, banks, investment funds and numerous other businesses in almost all practice areas, including key areas such as corporate M&A, restructuring and insolvency, private equity, banking and finance, investment management, real estate and construction, social and employment, dispute resolution and insurance and reinsurance, and tax. Boasting some 55 lawyers of different nationalities, the multilingual, flexible and available team is pro-active, responsive, and offers tailor-made legal services of the highest quality. The Law of 28 June 2023 amending the Labour Code in order to introduce a provision on the right to be disconnected has been published in the Mémorial A n°344 of 30 June 2023. The Law comes into force on 4 July 2023.
