SECONDMENTS & MANAGED TEAMS (Kalexius division)
Kalexius deploys individual lawyers with specific expertise or managed teams to take on projects or business-as-usual legal work. The lawyers can join clients' legal teams on a temporary basis to cover for unexpected absences, to tackle work requiring a specific expertise or simply to help out in times of peak workloads. All consultants have an in-depth understanding of corporate ecosystems and can be operational right away, either on-site or remotely tailored to clients’ needs. Where required, Kalexius deploys and fully manages teams of lawyers, project managers and data analysts to help achieve greater efficiency and productivity in relation to volume-intensive work or projects. Kalexius achieves cost efficiencies through the implementation of innovative processes, including where appropriate the use of AI solutions, right-sourcing, right-sizing and right-shoring. Kalexius lawyers act as an extension of clients’ in-house teams to help reduce the workload and unlock their legal department’s potential.

CONTRACT LIFECYCLE MANAGEMENT (Lexoo division)
Lexoo helps in-house teams spend less time on routine contracts. The Lexoo teams manage B2B commercial contract negotiations form start to finish for clients and have specific expertise in the tech sector. Clients include start-ups who do not have a legal function, through to corporates who often have high volumes of lower value B2B contracts where in-house resource is not cost effective. Lexoo is able to playbook and offshore this type of work with escalation points agreed with the client. Lexoo uses a mix of onshore and offshore lawyers for this work. Lexoo can also assist with contract re-papering and due diligence projects, usually in relation to restructurings and M&A transactions. The teams take ownership of these large-scale projects to deliver high quality outcomes to clients within appropriate time frames and at a reasonable price point.

Odyssey provides a one-stop-shop for all entity management needs; the teams take full ownership of stakeholder coordination, document drafting, regulatory filings and data management. The Odyssey teams deploy a proprietary entity management model to cover clients’ requirements for Registered Agent services where required; annual corporate compliance; and one-off events & projects. Odyssey is unique in providing a truly global and centralized entity management service led by legal experts with an in-depth understanding of international corporate law that aligns with the needs of multinational corporate clients. By integrating governance expertise with technology and data-driven insight, Odyssey shifts the conversation from compliance to strategic governance. What sets the teams apart is the combination of deep technical knowledge and hands-on support. Odyssey doesn't just process filings; the teams anticipate issues, explain the implications and guide clients through decisions that strengthen their governance.
