ICTLC was established by Paolo Balboni and Luca Bolognini, who have successfully assembled a network of trusted, highly-skilled lawyers and cyber security advisors specialized in the fields of Information and Communication Technology, Privacy, Data Protection/Security and Intellectual Property.

• Regulatory Compliance: Managing complex GDPR compliance (including multijurisdictional projects), ePrivacy, data protection by design, ethical and data protection impact assessments (EDPIAs), legitimate interest assessments (LIAs), transfer impact assessments (TIAs), and drafting intercompany and joint controller data-sharing agreements.
