• Vodacom Group Limited South Africa in Egypt's largest ever acquisition; where Vodacom acquired 55% stake in Vodafone Egypt valued at Euro 2.5 billion.
• Vodacom Group Limited on its public takeover through a voluntary tender offer of the minority shares in Vodafone Egypt S.A.E valued at Euro 2.42 million.
• The sellers on the sale of Fancy Foods SAE to Edita Food Industries SAE, with the transaction being valued at EGP 380 million.
• Beltone Venture Capital SAE (“Lender”) for the facility transaction of Touma Company for Commercial and Industrial Investments (“Borrower”), where the lender has submitted a mandatory tender offer (“MTO”) on 99% of the shares of Dice Company.

Banking & Finance:

• The lenders in a syndicated finance deal of EGP 12.3 billion, between 11 of the top banks in Egypt & borrower, Gharably Integrated Engineering Company (GIECO); whereby GIECO is granted a MTL to finance the expansion of the northern & southern sides of the Abu Qir port, along with the development of the new city of Abu Qir.
• Arab African International Bank in granting Sky Investments a MTL amounting to EGP 1.3 billion to partially finance the investment cost of Park Street Complex.

• The firm advised Vodacom Group South Africa in the acquistion of 55% stake in Vodafone Egypt valued at Euro 2.5 billion.
• The firm advised Vodacom Group Sounth Africa on its public takeover through a voluntary tender offer of the minority shares in Vodafone Egypt valued at Euro 2.420 million.
