The EUR 500,000,000 0.010% Mortgage Pfandbriefe, ISIN AT0000A2A6W3, were issued on 11 September 2019 under Erste Group Bank AG's Covered Bonds Programme. They have a maturity until 2029 and a denomination of EUR 100,000 each and are listed on the Official Market of the Vienna Stock Exchange.
Erste Group Bank AG (in its capacity as Joint Lead Manager), HSBC France (France), ING Bank N.V. (The Netherlands), Landesbank Baden-Württemberg (Germany) and Nykredit Bank A/S (Dänemark) acted as Joint Lead Manager for the issue. Wolf Theiss (lead partner Claus Schneider) advised Erste Group Bank AG as issuer. Already in May 2019, Weber & Co. had advised the Joint Lead Managers and Wolf Theiss had advised Erste Group as issuer on another issue of EUR 500 million Mortgage Pfandbriefe Hypothekenpfandbriefe (due 2034).
