SyCip Salazar Hernandez & Gatmaitan (SyCipLaw) partner and Litigation department head Ricardo Ma. P.G. Ongkiko will be one of the featured speakers at the Office for Alternative Resolution’s (OADR) Training on Comprehensive Course on Arbitration for National Government Agencies to be held from February 14 to March 3, 2022.
Mr. Ongkiko will lecture on Merits Hearing tomorrow, Friday, February 18, 2022, from 1pm to 5pm (GMT+8).
OADR is an attached agency of the Department of Justice (DOJ) that promotes, develops and expands the use of ADR in the private and public sectors. It also assists the government in monitoring, studying and evaluating the use of ADR by the private and public sectors, and recommends to Congress necessary statutory changes to develop and strengthen ADR practices in the Philippines.
