BOSTON — Seven attorneys in the Boston office of national cannabis law firm Vicente Sederberg LLP (VS) were selected by their peers for inclusion in Boston Magazine’s inaugural list of “Top Lawyers,” which was released Tuesday.

According to the publication, the list aims to provide “a valued resource for finding the best and most widely recognized lawyers in the Greater Boston area for their excellence in legal work.” To compile the guide, Boston Magazine invited local lawyers to nominate up to three of their peers in a select number of specialties. An advisory board of select lawyers then reviewed the top vote-getters in each specialty and chose lawyers for the list based on their credentials and the high number of votes they received.

Four VS attorneys were selected for their work in the field of Corporate Law:

  • Charlie Alovisetti, Partner

  • Adam Fine, Partner

  • Brandon Kurtzman, Partner

  • Jeremy Shaw, Senior Associate

Three attorneys were selected for their work in the field of Land Use and Zoning:

  • Meg Nash, Senior Associate

  • Phil Silverman, Counsel

  • David Ullian, Senior Associate

VS announced last week that Silverman will become a partner at the firm effective January 1, 2022, while Nash, Shaw, and Ullian will each be promoted to counsel.

Next year, VS will celebrate the 10th anniversary of its Boston office opening.
