Chambers Latin America is delighted to announce that Mónica Tantaleán is back from maternity leave.

After 10 months away from Chambers and Partners, Mónica is back to lead the company’s Latin America team.
Mónica has been working at Chambers and Partners as part of the Latin America team for almost 7 years. Her experience in researching the Latin American market, her outstanding expertise in legal issues and her strategic insight have made her the leader of the Latin America team since August 2020. Commenting on her return to work, Mónica said:
"I am very excited to be back. I enjoy my work a lot, so being able to disconnect for 10 months was not easy. However, my team gave me the peace of mind I needed to savour every second of my time at home with my family and the new baby.
When I left Chambers in May 2022, I had great confidence in Jonathan’s leadership, and I was not wrong. It is reassuring to be back and confirm that Jonathan has done an outstanding job. I cannot wait to be updated with all the exciting developments that have taken place whilst I have been away!"
Mónica will be finishing the research for the 2024 cycle of the Chambers Latin America guide in May, with the launch to follow in August of this year.
