New tables in Chambers UK 2025
Capital Markets
Firms can now provide separate submissions for Structured Products and Derivatives.
Offshore
Firms are now asked to submit to one or both of Corporate/M&A in Jersey and Banking & Finance in Jersey. This replaces the former Corporate & Finance submission.
Banking & Finance
Firms can now submit to Fund Finance.
Employment
Firms are now asked to submit to one or both of East Midlands and West Midlands. This replaces the former Midlands submission.
In London, you may submit for the new High Court Litigation table.
Professional Negligence
We are now asking for just one submission for both North East & Yorkshire and The South. This replaces the previous separate submissions for Claimant and Defendant.
Competition
We will now be asking for submissions for Competition Litigation. This is in addition to the usual, separate Competition submission.
Investment Funds
We will now be asking for submissions for both Private Equity: Secondaries and Investor Representation in addition to our usual sections. Please note that we do not accept submissions to all of the tables in Investment Funds, such as Credit Funds, so please check the research schedule carefully to make sure you are creating a submission that will be accepted.
Environment
There is no longer a distinct Climate Change submission. Firms may now submit to Environment & Climate Change in London. Firms outside of London advising on climate changes matters may include them in their Environment submission as normal.
Financial Crime: Corporates
Firms that previously submitted here should now submit to Corporate Crime & Investigations. This is the same section under a new name.
