Inquests and Public Inquiries

In response to the continued growth of the public inquiries and inquest market, driven by high-profile cases such as the COVID-19, Post Office and Grenfell Tower inquiries, Chambers will now accept individual submissions for Public Inquiries and Inquests. This change will allow firms to submit to each category, highlighting up to 20 matters and providing up to 20 referees per section.

Public Procurement

Expanding our Public Procurement coverage, firms can now submit to a dedicated Public Procurement: Scotland ranking. This addition complements our existing geographic tables, which include a UK-wide and Northern Ireland Public Procurement ranking. Firms based in Scotland are encouraged to submit to the newly established Scotland section rather than the UK-wide rankings.

Employment

Firms are now asked to submit to one or both of Yorkshire (South and West) and Yorkshire (North and East), replacing the previous Employment: Yorkshire submission. This change allows firms to better tailor their submissions based on their regional focus.
