The new tables in Chambers Germany 2026:
Private Equity has been split into Private Equity: High End and Private Equity: Mid-Market.
Private Equity: High End
This section focuses on complex, high-value private equity transactions, including leveraged buyouts, growth equity investments, and buy-and-build strategies, exceeding €300 Million. It encompasses advising leading global private equity firms and their portfolio companies on all aspects of these transactions, from deal origination and execution to portfolio company management and exit strategies.

Private Equity: Mid Cap
This section covers private equity transactions involving mid-sized companies, typically with enterprise values below €300 Million. It includes advising mid-market private equity firms on all aspects of their investment lifecycle, from deal sourcing and due diligence to portfolio company value creation and exit strategies.

Dispute Resolution has been split into two new sections: Arbitration and Litigation.
Arbitration
This section focuses on the resolution of commercial disputes through international and domestic arbitration proceedings. It encompasses all aspects of arbitration, including pre-arbitration strategies, representation in arbitral hearings, and enforcement of arbitral awards.
