The inaugural addition of diversity, inclusion and pro bono submissions at the Chambers Asia-Pacific and Greater China Region Awards in 2023 saw leading law firms and companies from across the region submitting their fantastic work to advance D&I through internal initiatives, local and global community programmes, and network building.
From the multitude of nominations we receive, the Chambers D&I team is tasked with picking out the very best initiatives, analysing their effectiveness and rewarding a deserving few at our annual awards ceremony, taking place this year in Singapore.
This report takes a deep dive into some of the most innovative and interesting programmes submitted through a variety of profiles and case studies. The Report aims to provide readers with inspiration, practical tips and best practice guidance.
