Tax Consulting:
The tax consulting practice is wide-ranging, comprising of both day-to-day resolution of doubts and questions presented by clients in relation to tax matters affecting their businesses, as well as in-depth analysis of particular situations in order to structure future operations in ways that sufficiently optimise their tax impact.

The firm also provides specialised legal advice to clients and other legal advisors in relation to com- plex tax matters.

Tax Litigation:
The tax litigation practice, led by highly regarded lawyers, represents both the interests of the firm’s clients in front of the Chilean Tax and Customs Courts and Superior Courts of Justice, as well as those of new clients facing complex disputes with the administration of highly technical points of relevant legislation and administrative rulings.

The practice engages in all judicial matters, from tax complaints in front of the Tax and Customs Courts, to appeal processes in front of Appellate Courts throughout the country, and Cassation processes in front of the Supreme Court.

Administrative Tax Dispute Resolution:
The administrative tax dispute resolution practice is focused on supporting clients in their day-to-day dealings with the Chilean Tax Authority. Be it in relation to maintaining up-to-date records, replying to individual enquiries or requirements of information, or to more complicated audit processes in which the firm represents and defends client’s interests against different interpretations of legislation and administrative rulings posited by the authorities.

The practice is also involved in validating internal audit processes, and tax determinations as well as helping clients prepare and file tax returns.
